We're halfway through Spring and slowly transitioning into Summer, but do our fashion choices need to change?  Perhaps, but one thing that can remain the same is our color choices.  This Spring/Summer season has been all about bold color choices, especially the most eye-catching: Neon.  After the cut we explore our favorite choices and tips.

Before we begin,  we'd just like to make a note that neon can sometimes be a difficult trend to pull off.  If you like standing out from the crowd, by all means, indulge yourself in the most outrageous neon ensemble you can pull together.  Here at A+P Daily, we want to show you that it is possible to wear neon pieces without looking like a traffic pylon or a light reflector.  Just remember as you scroll through each piece, that you can and should make one neon piece the focus of your outfit.  If you end up choosing some bold colored pants, keep the rest of your outfit (shirt+jacket+shoes) a muted or soft natural - it'll be for the best.

The Shirt:

Equipment Runaway Short Sleeve Shirt - $158 USD

This shirt is the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe as it is a gorgeous hot pink as well as lightweight.  This shirt can be worn on a casual day out with friends, but also translate well into a professional capacity when paired with tailored pants.
The Pant:

811 Mid Rise Skinny Leg J Brand Jean in Bright Royal - $176 USD

J Brand Jeans are an A+P Daily Favorite, and there is no doubt that these jeans are anything but fabulous.  J Brand has an assortment of colors in this particular style up on their website, so definitely go take a look.  All of J Brand styles can be worn effortlessly, and the best part about it is that they fit like a dream.  This Bright Royal color is bold and daring, which is something a little different from the usual red pant most people choose to wear.
The Short:

J. Crew 3" Chino Short - $42.50 USD

J. Crew is always the best bet to find fantastic colored items to add to your wardrobe.  This season for their  Chino Shorts, they have an assortment of colors including this neon pink.  Last season, they showcased a lovely neon green.  If you aren't into the neon pink, J. Crew has plenty of other colors up on their website including other inseams to suit your preference.

The Shoe:

Camilla Skovgaard Open Toe Saw Tooth Booties - $592 USD

Yes, we know that these may be impractical for daily use; however you can't deny that these shoes are pretty fierce.  The color is still eye-catching in a golden "neon" kind of way, but it is muted enough that it is not overwhelmingly flashy.  Just take these shoes out for a walk when it's time to go have dinner with friends or on a date night.
The Accessory:

Ray-Ban RB2140 Original Wayfarer - $159 USD

You can always count on Ray-Ban to provide you with the most colorful and stylish sunglasses around.  The original wayfarer is one of the most popular (aside from the classic Aviator), and Ray-Ban usually releases a new color/style each season.  This red goes great with the neon trend we're seeing for Spring and Summer, and will continue to be a stylish pick for seasons to come.
